Im and out in less than 1 hour. They offered a very fair allowance for my trade. Everyone from the receptionist to finance to the sales manger were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend them and will make the drive to see them again when needing my next bike.

I bought a Can Am RT Spyder from another dealer in St Louis. I had a problem with my Spyder and needed it serviced. The old dealership not only spelled my name wrong but had the wrong address and phone number. Can Am had no idea I even owned a Spyder. The old dealership would not help at all to fix the situation so I could be repaired under warrant. Max in the service department took care of everything. I can't recommend Max and his teammates enough.

I brought my son's 1994 Shadow 600 in to be checked out. I picked it up today. After loading it up on my trailer, I decided to go inside the showroom and look around. I met a salesman named Michael Griffin, and we struck up a great conversation. He asked if I had seen the owners personal collection of vintage Honda bikes in another part of the building. I had not, so we headed to the area. Within about 30 seconds I spotted a bike in the collection that about made me breakdown and cry. A 1971 Honda SL175. My parents were missionaries in the Philippines and we took the exact same bike and a 1970 Honda 350 with us. Its the bike my Dad taught me to ride on in 1979. its been nearly 40 years since I saw that bike. Brought back so many emotions. I've owned Honda bikes over the years, and actually ride a big loud Harley now but I will never forget where it started. Thank you so much Michael, for taking the time to share that experience with me and let this old Harley rider walk down memory lane for a few minutes. Ill find a way to come back and do business with you!

I spent weeks researching Spyder dealerships in North Carolina. I found the F3-T Spyder that I wanted, for the best price, on Honda of Winston-Salem's website. My experience was well worth the two hour ride I made to work with their staff. I did not expect to purchase a Spyder on my first visit, but I received a much better price for my trade-in than an offer I received from Garner Powersports. This, combined with the best price that I found and with greater purchasing ease than I anticipated, left me with no reason not to buy right away. The sales person who I worked with, Michael Griffin, is great - knows his stuff. While I was going through my purchase process, one of the managers - Susan, offered insurance advice that I hadn't realized. Caused me to call my insurance agent and make changes to my coverage. Needless to say, I highly recommend buying from this dealership.

Each and every interaction that i have had with the staff at Honda of Winston-Salem has been professional and most courteous. It started with a phone inquiry with Ron and an invitation to the store. After getting approved online, the rest of the process was easy. From meeting Ron to get the right bike, then to Stephanie, who took my money with a smile, and then Tracy who got me everything I needed to be prepared. I had a few parts to be ordered and installed and the gentleman in the service department continued that professionalism and courtesy that I had been introduced to. This is a great place and great staff to serve all of your needs. 5-Star all the way around!

No one local to me had the model I wanted in stock but Honda of Winston Salem did! We had some hiccups in the beginning but they stopped at nothing to continue to help and find a resolution to the problem. Purchased my first Spyder Can Am. Dealt with Mark Chappell great guy, answered all my questions. Easy to deal with. First three wheeler and it does ride great but the handling take a little while getting used to.

Located this Dealership while on a ride from NY about 3 yrs ago. Had an issue with my Goldwing and brought it in without an appointment and they took care of my issue as if I was a family member. No waiting and resolved the issue immediately at a very reasonable price. When we decided to relocate to NC I told my wife we needed to be reasonably close to this Honda dealer as I wanted to be using them. Since we relocated here back in August of this year I have had the opportunity to use their services and as in the past could not be happier with my experience. Keep up the great work !

About time I write about my good experience with Honda of WS. Bought a slightly used Can-Am Spyder RT. From sales to finance to service dept, all aspects have been very helpful, top notch, professional people. Service dept is on time, and decent prices. Henry in parts / accessories took a LOT of time and personal interest in making sure I got my sons the right gear (not just a bunch of gear). Very through and knowledgeable.

Came into the dealership with my brother who purchased a Can Am and I was talking to the sales person John Frick about tires for my Can Am 500 and even though he didn't handle parts he went way beyond the call of duty to help me get a new set of tires for my Can Am. Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. The entire staff was nice, they let me visually pick out my own tire by touching feel gave me the percentages and compounds of each tire and what it consisted of. They hands down beat the pricing of any dealership that I have gone to previously. As long as I'm in town I will go nowhere else. If you're in a pinch and don't have much time they will do their very best to accommodate you like me and my motorcycle is my main transportation if it is down I am stranded they made note of that and took care of me almost instantly

I can not say enough about how well I have been treated on multiple visits. I am new to riding as is my son and they treated us with understanding of our naivete when it came to motorcycles. From helmets to gloves to jackets, they listened to what we wanted, not what they needed to sell. I recently purchased a used bike and came in to get what was needed for an oil change. Henry was one of the most approachable people I have ever met. He got me what I needed and I was on my way. I will be back, probably for a bigger bike when I get more confident.
